BACKGROUND
My reason for becoming a counsellor. A few years ago I myself suffered a bereavement and as a client was inspired at how much it helped me to see things in a different light. The expression that I use the most is "It's good to talk" as I feel this is how counselling has helped me, and this has given me the passion to help others.

I provide a one to one couselling service from my home, in a relaxed private environment. This is an appointment only service, please get in touch by phone or email to arrange an appointment. I am comfortable working and communicating with people from all backgrounds and have experience with anxiety, depression and mental difficulties.
